I offer online video counselling, telephone counselling as well as face-to-face sessions in Henstridge Somerset.

Each session (video or phone call) lasts for 50 minutes. The number of sessions you require will depend on many factors, and you can book as many (or as few) as you are comfortable with; I will assess with you throughout our relationship how you feel the sessions are going and that you want to continue, and will endeavor to maintain consistency in our bookings, bringing structure to your sessions.
